How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free on every UK order, with no minimum spend.
When will my order arrive?
We usually dispatch within 1–2 business days. Once dispatched, UK delivery typically takes another 5–8 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. See our shipping policy.
Can I return my order?
Yes. Email support@veylston.com within 30 calendar days of delivery. You then have 14 calendar days to post the item back.
You pay return postage if you change your mind. We cover reasonable return postage for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed items. See our returns policy.
How do I choose the right option?
Check the measurements and specifications in the product details, then select your preferred option if there is a choice. If you’re unsure about a size, finish or fit, email support@veylston.com with a link to the product.
What if my order is late or something is wrong?
Email support@veylston.com with your order number and tell us what happened. We’ll check the delivery or help you resolve a damaged, faulty or incorrect item.
