These compact 2-in-1 tools peel skins and handle light grating or zesting, so weeknight prep stays with one tool. Use them on carrots, potatoes, apples, and cucumbers, and for a quick bit of citrus zest over a dish.

Choose the Y-Shaped style for a side-to-side stroke, the Bowed style for a straight pull, or the Mix 2-Pack to get one of each. Rinse the blade after use, dry it, and store it where the edge is covered.
