Product details

A knife that feels light and flexible in the hand makes dense prep harder work, and a thin stamped blade can chatter as it meets the board.

These hand-forged knives are high-carbon stainless steel with a 5.5" (13.5 cm) handle, so the weight tracks through onions and chicken with control. Choose the knife you are missing: a 6" (15 cm) boning knife, a 7" (18 cm) nakiri or santoku, or an 8" (20 cm) slicing cleaver, wide chef knife or chef knife.

The 7-piece set suits a kitchen starting from scratch. Hand-wash each knife, dry it at once and hone it between sessions to keep the edge working.

Free standard UK delivery. Processing takes 1–2 business days, followed by 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Notify us within 30 calendar days of delivery to request a return. Customer-paid return postage applies to change-of-mind returns; VEYLSTON covers reasonable return postage for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. No restocking fee.
