Product details

One knife does not suit every cheese: a blade that glides through a soft brie will crumble a hard parmesan, and a fork is needed to serve the slices. This set gives each cheese on the board its own tool.

Each piece has a 420J2 stainless steel blade set into a black walnut handle. The 4-piece set covers soft, semi-hard and hard cheeses with a fork for serving; the 6-piece set adds more blade shapes for a fuller board. Every set arrives in a presentation box, ready to give.

Hand-wash in warm soapy water and dry straight away. Wipe the walnut handles with a little food-safe oil now and then to keep the grain rich.
